The truth is, the retards out here don't know how to drive a damn car. No self-respecting state should honor a CA drivers license. Also, because we don't have weather out here, people are much less capable of handling basic road conditions. I believe the common response to heavy rain or fog is, "oh shit... this weather is, like, totally bad. I totally need to, like, speed the fuck up and get off the road as quick as, like, possible. I better call my husband and, like, let him know how, like, totally freaked out I am too." This results, naturally, in some retarded bimbo in an SUV driving 80 miles and hour in heavy rain on the phone. I don't even leave my house when it rains.
