Yeah, it really pisses me off. Flowers are supposed to reduce crime. I'm going to put up stickers in the window that say "Don't steal our flowers, you're on camera" or something to that effect. Maybe it will help if people know they are being watched? Can begonia stealing crack-heads even read?
Our policy is to replace the flowers as quickly and as frequently as needed. They are cheap, look good, and eventually the vagrants will get tired of pulling them up. If not, more drastic measures may need to be taken, like prickly or thorned flowering plants.
